Most Learning Management Systems are built for compliance, not curiosity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re rolling out a new system, driving change, or simply trying to upskill a team, and your LMS feels more like a digital graveyard than a learning hub, here are <strong>3 red flags<\/strong> it&#8217;s quietly wrecking engagement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It\u2019s Where PDFs Go to Die<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your LMS is just housing slide decks, outdated policies, or 60-minute recordings from five years ago \u2014 users won&#8217;t engage, they&#8217;ll escape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>People don\u2019t want to \u201clearn.\u201d They want to solve problems in the moment they need help.<\/strong><br>Learning isn&#8217;t a calendar event \u2014 it\u2019s a reaction to a roadblock.
